QR Link Pro

Terms and conditions

Version 2026-10-23.2, published on October 23, 2026.

1. Who we are and acceptance

QR Link Pro is a service provided and propiety of ANTHONY MARIN LLAMAS "SIE" ("we"), with registered address at Aguascalientes, México and tax ID (RFC) MALA9304235MA, offered at qr-link.pro .

When you create your account you tick the box to accept these terms. We store the date and the version you accepted. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.

2. The service

We let you create dynamic QR codes: the printed code points to a short link on qr-link.pro and you can change its destination, design and content whenever you want, and see scan statistics.

Your QR codes work while your subscription is paid. If the subscription ends, the QR codes stop taking people to their destination (see section 5).

3. Your account

  • Give true information and keep it up to date.
  • One account is for one person or one business.
  • Protect your password and your access. Whatever is done from your account is your responsibility, unless you tell us about unauthorized access.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT (IVA).
  • You can pay monthly or yearly. The charge is automatic at the start of each period and is processed by Stripe.
  • You can use discount coupons under the conditions each coupon states.
  • If we change the price, the change does not affect existing subscribers while they keep the same plan. We will tell you before any change that affects you.
  • We do not refund periods already paid, except where the law requires it or as we decide case by case.

5. Failed payment, pause and deletion

  • If a charge fails, we email you and you get some grace days (those the service states; 3 by default) during which your QR codes keep working.
  • After the grace period, your QR codes are paused: whoever scans them sees a notice instead of the destination.
  • If you do not reactivate, we delete the content, files and statistics of your QR codes after the number of days the service states (60 by default). We email you before that happens.
  • Before deletion you can reactivate by paying, and your QR codes work again instantly.
  • Your sign-in account is kept even if your QR data is deleted.

6. Own use and no resale

Your subscription is for the own personal or business use of whoever subscribes. You may not resell, sublicense, rent or provide the service to third parties, or create or manage QR codes for your own clients with a single subscription (for example, an agency or a business that makes QR codes for its own clients).

If you do, we may pause or cancel your account without a refund.

If you need to serve clients, write to us at ventas@qr-link.pro.

7. Fair use

QR codes are unlimited, subject to fair use. As a reference, a subscription includes up to the number of active QR codes we publish in the service (100 by default). If you go over it we will let you know and contact you to understand your case; we do not block you all at once.

We may review accounts showing signs of resale (many QR codes, many different brands or logos, many different destination domains or contact names, folders named after clients). That review is done by a person; there are no automatic penalties.

8. Prohibited content

You may not use the service for:

  • Phishing, data theft, malware, scams or fraud.
  • Illegal content, or content that promotes violence, hatred or the exploitation of any person.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
  • Sending spam or misleading people who scan about where the QR code takes them.

We check QR destinations with Google to detect dangerous sites. We may block a QR code without prior notice if its destination is dangerous or violates these terms, and we will email you. Anyone can report a QR code; we review every report.

If you believe we blocked a QR code by mistake, write to soporte@qr-link.pro and a person will review it.

9. Your content

  • Your content is yours.
  • You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide the service (for example, to show your page to whoever scans your QR code).
  • You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload (logos, images, text and other people's data).
  • If your QR code leads to a page of yours that collects data from people who scan it, you are responsible for informing them and complying with data protection law.

10. Availability

We do what is reasonable to keep the service working all the time, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. There may be maintenance or failures of external providers. Short links on qr-link.pro are meant to last while your subscription is active.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as lost sales or opportunities. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

12. Suspension and cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account. The cancellation applies at the end of the period already paid and your QR codes keep working until then.
  • We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms, especially sections 6 and 8. Whenever possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.

13. Changes to these terms

We publish any change on this same page, with its version number and date. If the change is important, we will ask you to accept the new terms the next time you sign in. If you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Aguascalientes, México, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

This does not limit your rights as a consumer: you can go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
